Exact same thing happened to me. Skylink product is mediocre at best and customer service absolutely sucks.

Save your money. This company is making a lot of money off of wire and plastic. It simply does not work.

I have experienced the same thing. Contacted them on the 14/1/2019 and told I was not connecting correctly.

I had connected correctly. They are not replying, so I too will contact PayPal.

I bought 2 of these items and again the same problem. They do not work.

I have contacted them several times and all they suggest is that I try again. have demanded a refund so now awaiting their reply.

Do not buy ,It is a scam , I hooked it up ,switched to antenna and ran a channel scan only got 3 channels did it 3 x's still only 3 channels . Don't make the mistake I did

The Government needs to protect the consumers.

What they send you is a cheap piece of plastic with a piece of metal and a cord attached. Instant disappointment, you can tell it won't work before you try hooking it up. I was fortunate and got a refund.

Go to Best Buy and purchase a REAL TV antenna.

Over 30 years of USNavy Avionics engineering experience tells me to tell everyone DO NOT BUY these antennas, regardless of who they are made by and what the hype says! They don't work any better than a metal clothes hanger! Don't waste your time and money.

According to Skylink TV Antenna refund policy you will get full refund of your purchase if your antenna is damaged. However, in the Skylink TV Antenna return policy there is no information on how you can send the defective product back. In this case they advice to contact the Skylink TV Antenna customer service department by email support@skylinktvantenna.com, by phone (800) 351-4939.

I won't be ordering this product, due to all the non-customer service.

I bought this antenna and they charged my account twice. The antenna only picked up 15 channels and my $9 picks up 22 channels.

I am only 12 miles from a transmitter station. I now hope my bank can get my money back.

luckily i only purchased one...but, came with no directions...screwed the cable in to the cable receptor in the back of tv.....nothing..... nothing nothing.....i have moved it around...nothing.....no other way to plug into tv.....thats it...nothing

They got to me for $49.99 + S&H. They showed a box similar to my cable boxes.

It was a flat piece of plastic with a short cable. They are full fledged criminals.

Researched the so called sky antenna. From what I can deduce it's a total scam.

Going back to pre cable TV an antenna on a tower with rotation worked unbelievably well. So now were digital but a broadcast signal is still the same.

Not interested and I can make a homemade version that will pull in some stations and they're HD as well. Beware of the scam as they dont support or follow up and give out the same standard message to complaints!

Getting less channels than I get with normal Freeview TV and getting even less when booster is connected. All I was told was depends on distance from mast and weather conditions I stand at my back door and can almost see mast over clear water approx 12 miles away weather sunshine. So if in UK forget it.

After 3 hours attempting to assemble the antenna with the "booster" I still can't figure out how to connect the two together. Even by watching "you Tube" still don't know how to assemble.

I tried what I thought was the right installation and got zero channels, even though living on a hill and 30 miles from a major metropolitan city. Still attempting to work thru it.

Nice way to spend Saturday/Sunday during the summer!No installation directions included with the product. Should have donated money spent to charity!

This company will not issue a refund for a product that does not work as their ads claim it will.

Do not buy this antenna! You will be very disappointed and will have spent money for nothing.

I bought a Skylink TV antenna and it doesn't work. I asked for a full refund and have not had any success.

They responded saying they sent instructions which I didn't even receive.

They will not work where I live, I purchased 3. I spent almost $100.00 and it does not work.

Don't take the chance!!! THEY DON'T DO REFUNDS AT ALL!!! It takes 2 weeks for them to answer an email and then they are not really answers.

When you send another, it starts the 2 weeks all over again. I have never dealt with a more non-customer service friendly company.

I live in Malibu, CA in the electronic shadow of the Santa Monica mountains. Therefore I do not have line of sight to Mt Wilson, from whence most of The LA TV broadcasts emanate. The TV antenna ads conveniently omit any discussion of this problem.

I got one. Did not receive a single channel. I guess I'm out my $48.70.

I don't like companies where there is no return when customer is not satisfied. Good I read this before I ordered.

i purchased this antenna on sept 7 2018, they charged my credit card on the 8th of sept but did not ship out until the 14th of sept 2018. i have tracked this everyday since and there is no update from USPS.

i emailed the company several time to no avail.

i have to wait 30 days before my credit card company wil file a complaint, i am so pissed i have never had to deal with such a *** company before and they should be shut down. Pissed off Paul.
