Where is refund to Visa account?I ordered this for someone else and was charged $48.90 on 11/14/2018. They put it up and it was not connecting, it was defective!

So they ended up sending it back to the address on the package, which was Monroe Township, NJ, 08831. It was tracked all the way to Monroe Township Post Office. Tracking # 950210****868348****96, and needed a Signature Confirmation. Please locate this First Class package immediately and refund Visa Account.

I ordered 2 antennas received them on January 21 2019 they didn`t work for whatever reason, I don`t care why. I have the post office receipt that shows I mailed these back on Jan 22, 2019. They were sent to the Monroe township NJ address and arrived there. I have been trying ever since to get my refund. Please Call me if there are any questions at..... How do I get my damn refund back!!!.

I looking at them and I was trying to figure out how much it would cost all together and I had all my information fill out and before check everything I must confirm it accidentally and they process they damn order before I was done looking at everything!!! I try to call them and email them no response so I they shipped it I sent back to there address and a little note stating I didn't want these antenna nothing wrong it no answer anything from them !!!
