I ordered a Skylink and received it. I needed some questions answered and cannot get through to the company either by e-mail or phone calls.
I have to assume at this point that this company could be a scam for consumers as you can't get through to them.
I want to go on Facebook and just let people know of this company's attitude towards communicating with customers.
I have sent two e-mails and made two phone calls, but instead of getting help, I get all these detours and cannot reach anyone, almost like it is intentional.
And now I see where I need to write 100 words or this one won't go through.
Product or Service Mentioned: Skylink Tv Antenna Antenna.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $44.
Preferred solution: contact me so I can resolve issues.
I didn't like: No customer service.
