I am trying to return the (3) antennaes I purchased because they don't work in my condo and they are giving me the run-around. They want to suggest a bunch of "fixes".

I've tried everything and now I just want my money back. They are not sending me the return information I need, i.e. (RMA number they want you to use). There is no phone number to contact them.

This is a terrible business to do business with.

No customer service phone number! (Probably for a reason because they know they would get a lot of complaints!)

They have a 30 day return policy but if I can't contact them, can't get the RMA number they want in order to issue me credit, then how am I going to be able to get a refund?

I'm sure my Indiana Attorney Generals office that deals with consumer fraud will be glad to step in and help me. That's going to be my next move.

Reason of review: Issues getting RMA # to make a return.

Monetary Loss: $99.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: No phone number for customer service, It didnt work and couldnt get a refund.

I also do not like the no customer contact for refunds. My Skylink indoor TV antenna does not work.

The customer number recording told me to go to and it keeps me bouncing around to other subjects like ordering more tv antennas. I received 4 of them for $133.95 which was supposed to be 50% off.

They do not work as well as the wall mount TV antenna I have now. So I want to return them for my full money back.

Tried to contact Skylink also, it's impossible. I never opened the package.

It was suppose to be 50% off. They charged my CC 39.95 and another 130.00. That's was before I even received the package. Took it to post office and sent it back as not wanted.

Explained what was happening. I requested to have postal fraud take a look into this.

after many emails with skylink telling me that i was installing this *** antenna wrong i finally went through pay pal and was able to get a full refund for antenna and amplifier. moniq kept telling me that there was nothing wrong with the antenna and essentially i am an idiot, i wish there was a phone number i could call them and straighten that *** out!

The best is to call the credit card company for disputing the charges. Allowing the credit card company does the trace within 10 days and if they do not respond properly your charges were off


I also want to return the Skylink antenna. Getting the run around call the 800-351-4939 and message states to send email.

Sent many emails and do not address that I want to return it.

They want you to keep it and keep telling you how to install it. it is cheep and not good product!


I ordered five and can’t get them to return or give me an address for return on these items that do not work in either of my houses. They keep giving me the runaround telling me that I’m not doing something right I’m not stupid I know what I’m supposed to be doing I just want my money back


BS Loser company. I am having the same issues on returning 1 antenna.

I may spend the small claims fees out of "principle" and file suit here in my district court.

I just need to find the purchase language in the sale document saying "no returns" if there is any language, and their corporate headquarters address for service. If there is not language protecting them I will probably file it.


I also order the skylink antenna and the amplifier that was suppose to in sure a better reception. For $63.43 i reciver 3 channels with my skylink antenna and amplifier and all of them are shopping networks.

I can't even get local news.after 3 emails Evelyn finally emailed me back to say i could not get a refund because i was able to get 3 useless channels . Skylink would NOT refund me useless my antenna was broken upon good luck on a refund.

This is really a terrible business that are CHARLETONS. I also want to return the proiduct because they literally lied as to what the antenna does. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT


I told them after several emails that I would be sending them back to the same address on the label that they came with. False advertising and they are defectuve, they do not do what they advertise them to do. Also stated the ftc and fcc would be interested in their sales tactics.


Got the skylink antenna and the amplifier and it's not working. Would like a refund for both and an address to mail them back to you.

Same issue only 2 antennas and one booster


Skyline Antenna has a lousy return policy. If you change your mind or the thing doesn't work in your area forget about a refund.

They only do an exchange if the antenna was damaged in shipping. Its a rip off.
